Elmira Maple Syrup Festival
Some 14 km north of Waterloo is Elmira. It's a more real than touristy nice little working country town and venue of the World's largest Maple Syrup Festival. Street activities, pancake breakfasts as well as gigantic pickles on a stick - defenitely a must-see/eat! Not to forget a great opportunity to stock up on favourable maple syrup...

OH my god dude, that's sooo cool :) me and Cynthia were going to go to the Sugar Shack today but it was too rainy. We're going to go next week and do the same tour that you did :) only it will be here :) I'll send you the pics that I take :)
